Terms of Service

102 is a pay-as-you-go platform consisting of a WordPress plugin and a hosted gateway service. It provides an AI content editor (drafting, rephrasing, shortening, alt-text generation, and stock-image suggestions), keyword and rank research, Search Console and GA4 insights, competitor tracking, and AI-visibility (AEO) tracking. Usage is metered in credits; see Section 3.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may only connect WordPress sites and Google properties (Search Console, GA4, Ads) that you own or are otherwise authorized to access.

102 is billed on a pay-as-you-go credit model: no setup fee, and no annual contract. Credit packs renew monthly and can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Any free trial or credit grant we offer is described at signup and may change or end without affecting credits already purchased. Payments are processed by Stripe; prices are shown in EUR and VAT is added where applicable law requires it. Current pack pricing is published in the product; we'll give reasonable notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscriptions.

You agree not to use 102 to generate or publish unlawful, infringing, or abusive content; to circumvent credit metering or rate limits; to resell or sublicense access to the service without our written agreement; or to use data obtained through the Google integrations for any purpose other than operating your own site, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

The 102 name, logo, and software are owned by Digital Priority OÜ. Content you generate through 102 for your own site is yours once generated, subject to your compliance with these terms and any license terms attached to third-party assets (for example, stock images suggested through the editor).

We work to keep 102 available and reliable, but the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment at this stage. We may update, add, or remove features as the product evolves, and will give reasonable notice ahead of any change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes.

To the extent permitted by law, Digital Priority OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of 102. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

You may cancel your account at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and unused banked credits remain spendable for 60 days afterward before they expire. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of the acceptable-use terms in Section 4, non-payment, or where required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction.
